Our Executive Chef, Jonathan Scott, listened to the customers and has introduced a new menu including a Family Style BBQ Feast option, an Unlimited Salad & Chili Bar, St. Louis Back Ribs, Country Fried Chicken, Burgers and more. Rawhide is proud to offer a selection of top quality hand cut steaks ranging from USDA Choice to Gold Canyon Private Reserve Black Angus. All Steaks and most entrees are served with two sides of your choice.
For the courageous folk out there Rawhide proudly presents the Arizona Reaper Challenge. We have created an extreme sauce that contains the hottest peppers in the world (Carolina Reaper, Scorpion Pepper, & the Ghost Chili). Clocking in at over 5 million scoville units, please use caution when consuming these wings since they are some of the hottest in the good old’ United States. If you’re able to consume 8 of these reaper wings you’ll receive a t-shirt to display your bravery and a certificate of conquest.
For the heartiest of appetites we offer you the Rawhide Ultimate Cowboy Challenge. If you choose to partake in this challenge you will be going against a hand cut 48oz bone-in rib eye and two side dishes of your choice. If you can defeat this tremendous steak you will be rewarded with a customized t-shirt and certificate of completion.
Guests can kick back at Rawhide’s Steakhouse, which was recently featured on Food Network’s Craziest Restaurants in America hosted by Graham Elliot. Enjoy daily live music, hometown hospitality, and authentic western fare including Rawhide’s famous fried rattlesnake and Rocky Mountain Oysters.
Steakhouse hours are the same as Rawhide Town’s hours of operation and can be booked for private events as well.
