EASTER EGGSTRAVAGANZA, APRIL 7-8, 2007
Kids of all ages are welcome to celebrate Easter. There will be a wide array of family activities beginning at 11:00 AM. Included are Easter egg hunts for ages 0 to 4, ages 5 to 8 and ages 9 to 12. We will have Cowboy Cottontail available for photos from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. along with the popular Candy Corral where kids can dive for candy for a set amount of time. Besides our regular street activities we will be holding some special games.

SHOWDOWN AT RAWHIDE, APRIL 14, 2007
Cowboy fast draw like you have never experienced before. Free parking and admission. Come see individuals and teams fire safe wax bullets at targets in the Rawhide Rodeo Arena. These gunslingers will be in competition representing six different shooting associations. All entrants are in period costumes. CHUCK WAGON COOKOUT, APRIL 21 – MAY 6, 2007
From April 21 through May 6, come join us on Saturday and Sundays from 11:30am to 6:00pm for the Chuck Wagon Cookout, located in town at the Chuck Wagon Plaza. There is live music and cowboy entertainment, hat and bandana to help put you in the cowboy spirit as well as having a choice of hamburger, cheeseburger, hot dog or bbq chicken sandwich with all the fixins. Cost is $15 for an adult and $10 for a child (through age 11). As a special offer those purchasing admission to the Chuck Wagon Cookout can purchase a Town Pass for the discounted price of $10 (a $2 savings). Join us for a full day of fun at Rawhide Western Town and Steakhouse.

FRIDAY NIGHT BULL RIDING
Friday Night Bull Riding has returned to Rawhide. It takes place in the Livery; It is sanctioned by the Southwest Pro Bull Riders and consists of open bull riding, novice bull riding and sheep riding for the kids. There are two shows a night, 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM. Cost for admission is $5.00 for an adult and $3.00 for kids (ages 4 to 11). Entry fee if you are interested in riding is $55.00 for open bull riding, $45.00 for novice riders and $1.00 for sheep riding. Held on the fourth Thursday of each month in Rawhide’s Golden Belle Saloon at 6pm., Open Mic Night features some of the best Western Music and Cowboy Poetry performers from the valley as well as nationally.
