Rawhide Steakhouse Over the years, Rawhide has earned an award-winning reputation as Arizona's original family steakhouse. The menu celebrates the spirit and hospitality of its Western roots through traditional cooking and true hungry-cowboy portions. The executive chef listened to the customers and has introduced a new menu bringing back some Rawhide favorites such as: BBQ Baby Back Ribs, The Gunslinger (Filet Mignon) and the Trail Boss (Rawhide's famous finger licking BBQ combination). The chef even throws in their famous chili-cornbread muffins and a fresh-from-their-garden salad. Dinner is served to live music and the open invitation to tap your toes or get up and dance. Round up the posse and hit the dusty trail at Rawhide. Saddle up at Rawhide and go horseback riding down Main Street to Koli Equestrian Center. Take in the beauty of miles of breathtaking scenery and horseback riding trails you and your family are sure to enjoy. Then tie up your horse at the Steakhouse and dig in to a hearty meal fit for a cowboy at Rawhide Steakhouse, Arizona's original family steakhouse.
