Rawhide Steakhouse
Located on Rawhide's Main Street, the world-famous Rawhide Steakhouse offers live entertainment seven days a week and a complete western menu, including special items for those little cowboys and cowgirls in your posse!
Unique appetizers include Rocky Mountain oysters, fried rattlesnake, barbecue ribs, and much more. Entrees include a variety of USDA Choice steaks, barbecue chicken, baby-back ribs, prime rib, and other western delicacies. All entrees are served with all the fixins' including cowboy beans, corn cobbette, and our signature green chili cornbread.
Combo platters allow diners to sample even more of the legendary Rawhide menu. All Rawhide USDA Choice steaks are midwestern, corn-fed beef and are grilled over red-hot mesquite coals.
Dessert features fresh-baked, deep dish, hot apple pie, topped off with Rawhide's famous cinnamon-swirl ice cream!
Mosey on over to the Golden Belle Saloon next door, where you can enjoy your favorite libations, as well as Rawhide's specialty drinks, appetizers, and desserts.

Sundown Cookouts
At Rawhide, you don’t have to be part of a large group to enjoy the popular Arizona desert cookout experience. Come join us for an authentic cowboy cookout in the desert on Saturday evenings. Enjoy three hours of fun with live country music, line dancing, Interactive Western Games, Cowboy storytelling, marshmallow roast, and much more fun!
