Rawhide Steakhouse
Over the years, Rawhide has earned an award-winning reputation as Arizona's original family steakhouse. The menu celebrates the spirit and hospitality of its Western roots through traditional cooking and true hungry-cowboy portions.
The chefs listened to the customers and in November 2009 they've introduced a new menu bringing back some Rawhide favorites such as: BBQ Baby Back Ribs, The Gunslinger (Filet Mignon), Colorado Lamb Chops and the Trail Boss (Rawhide's famous finger licking BBQ combination). The chefs even throw in their famous chili-cornbread muffins, a fresh-from-their-garden salad and a jar of homemade pickles.
Dinner is served to live music and the open invitation to tap your toes or get up and dance. Satisfy your taste for the west at Rawhide Steakhouse, where Yipee-Kiyay never tasted so gourmet.
